Our admin staff are here to assist in all of your healthcare enquires. Our phones are answered in business hours and bookings can either be made via phone call or online using Hotdoc.

While we attempt to promptly answer your call, please be aware that we may be at our reception dealing with a patient. If we do put you on hold, know that we are only doing so to give you our full attention when we speak with you.

Our admin staff are very friendly and can help you with general enquires, appointments, billing and correspondence such as email/faxing referrals. Only your GP is able to inform you of your results, not our reception staff.

We ask that you be considerate and polite to our reception and admin staff at all times.
