Any new Workers Compensation Appointments will need to be paid for at the time until an approved claim number is provided. These accounts cannot be placed on hold.
A non-attendance warning letter will be issued after the 1st non-attendance. A $45 (Standard appointment) or $75.00 (Long appointment) non-attendance fee will be enforced if appointment is not cancelled within 2hrs. No further appointments will be offered until account is paid.
